feeling the love

This week has been soooo busy -- so much going on in the next couple weeks. But tomorrow is Valentine's and I'm so excited to have really yummy four course dinner with my hubby! We're having a romantic dinner at an organic restaurant called Applewood which is located in the beautiful BK.

And I worked on another painting this past weekend and I'm so happy I actually had the time and took the time to do work on it. I actually painted this for a "thank you" card for some friend of ours. I thought it would be a really nice touch for some nice people. This picture is a little blurry, but you get the idea:


I also heard about two pretty cools things: one happening in my borough and the other I found out from an acquaintance. The first is Brooklyn Flea, which is opening in April and will be a giant flea market in Ft. Green. All sort of vendors will be participating and even sellers from one of my favorite websites, Etsy. And the second is a beauty blogging community that was started by Elke (who does my eyebrows). Any beauty products or tips your searching for, I think The Beauty Blog Network will have your answers!
